Dear Joe,
As we wind down the construction process at our new home in South Bethany Beach, we wanted to let you know what a positive and enjoyable experience we have had with you and your terrific staff this year. Admittedly, building a second home three hours from your primary residence can be an anxious process; however, you and your staff largely alleviated those concerns.

Particularly in the early stages, you, Michelle and Mark wee exceptional in helping us both “think through” the design and execution of the project. On a day to day basis, Joy was extraordinary in her responsiveness, well-considered and practical suggestions and execution of details, keeping us focused on the “big picture”. Margaret’s assistance was exceptional, particularly in dealing with lawyers, banks and the headaches associated with closing.

We are now finalizing our initial punch list, be we felt that the time was ripe to let you know that we appreciate the efforts of you and your organization, and that we will readily recommend your company to our friends and neighbors. Dear Joe,
We have coordinated with Joy in your office repeatedly when we have questions or problems and she has been superb in both her reaction time and getting things accomplished for us, particularly when we are out of town. I cannot thank you enough for her availability as well as that of Margaret in her absence. You have a great staff.

There are minor matters which I will put into a punch list for you over the winter, but you should know that Dennis, the electrician, has been superb in his response to our concerns from time to time and whenever and wherever possible we are trying to deal directly with your subcontractors rather than bother Joy, but you should know when your subcontractors get a call from me, it has nowhere near the response time as when Joy follows up with them by phone.

I still have your sign on my lawn in front of my house and a number of people have stopped, particularly on weekends, and inquired if we have a spec house and I tell them we do not but that the house was built by you, and if they can find a lot, they should give you a call.

Dear Joe, Michelle, Joy and Margaret,
It has taken way too long for me to write to you and say “thanks” for all you did for us in the past year. Nip, our children and I are so thrilled with our new home in Ocean Reef. You, all of you made this house, our “new nest”. We had 20+ years at 1209 Boardwalk in Ocean City. We look forward to many great times in our 12512 West Ocean City home. It is wonderful!!!

Special thanks for the thoughtful housewarming gift of the basket of wonderful garment treats and champagne to toast our new home. We have loved every minute of this whole year with all of you!
