Joseph T. Dashiell and his wife Michelle had a vision
A vision for elevating the current coastal residential custom home and speculative market to a Higher level of design, aesthetics and overall quality. To bring this vision to reality they sought out a local architectural designer whose residential design style and flair, especially in beach house and coastal design, exemplified the product in which the Dashiell's discerning clientele would eagerly embrace. Dashiell engaged the services of Christopher L. Pattey Assoc. AIA, Project Manager and Senior Associate with the prestigious local architectural and engineering firm of Becker Morgan Group, in Salisbury Maryland. Pattey combined his unique style of coastal vernacular paired with his own "beach house whimsy" and tailored it to the Dashiell's needs, creating designs instantly recognizable as a "Dashiell" House. This dynamic marriage of design and construction has created a powerhouse team that has become very successful in the Delaware and Maryland coastal marketplace.
