Fenwick Island

Description
The design concept was to take full advantage of an extremely narrow lot to accommodate a beach house with the maximum number of bedrooms and baths possible, while providing an open floor plan for entertaining. Octagonal towers were used as focal elements as well as devices to add vertical interest to the linearity of the continuous narrow roofline. A two part design combining a three story bay front section with a two level street side incorporates vertical elevation change to add further architectural interest to the linear design.
